Barbie Ferreira claims she nearly starred in a Beyoncé music video

According to the Mile End Kicks star, the music video was shot "three and a half years ago"

"I have accepted no one will ever see it," Ferreira said during the Friday, May 1 episode of Owen Thiele's In Your Dreams podcast

Barbie Ferreira allegedly starred in a Beyoncé music video that was never released.

During the Friday, May 1 episode of Owen Thiele's In Your Dreams podcast, the Mile End Kicks star claimed she filmed the visual "three and a half years ago."

"It'll never come out. I finally have accepted it," said Ferreira, 29.

The Euphoria alum claimed it was made during Queen Bey's Renaissance era.

"It was the 'THIQUE' music video, and it was so cool, and I have accepted [that] no one will ever see it, but I do tell people I was in Beyoncé music video," said Ferreira.

She then noted that people thought she was "lying for a bit."

According to Ferreira, visual artist Nadia Lee Cohen directed the visual, which allegedly featured Shygirl, Carmen Electra, Megan Thee Stallion and more.

"It was like thick bitches," she said of the cast.

The Faces of Death actress then recalled a time when she met the 35-time Grammy winner.

"She invited me to her birthday party after the music video," Ferreira recalled. "I met her, and I was like, I will say I got really drunk so I could say happy birthday to her because it was so intimate that I had to say happy birthday to Beyoncé."

Ferreira admitted she "had to get so drunk before."

"I brought my friend who's like the biggest Beyoncé fan. Every time I have anything Beyoncé related, like, 'Let's go to the show,' or something, she flies in from New York, and so we thought this was going to be this huge birthday party," she said.

Ferreira claimed the gathering was only 40 or 50 people.

"It was a roller rink. It was like the guest list was popping. I walked in, I go, 'Oh, everyone's letting loose,'" she said.

Ferreira said it was "the best party I've ever been to."

"Shout out to Beyoncé for recognizing that I was in a music video that will never come out," she said.

PEOPLE has reached out to a rep for Beyoncé for comment.

Last month, Ferreira opened up to PEOPLE about the research she put into her role as music journalist Grace Pine in Mile End Kicks, which hit theaters on April 17.

“With Chandler Bava, who wrote and directed the movie, she sent me a lot of her articles when she was a music journalist, so I read a lot from the archives, and I really immersed myself in being in Montreal, which is very creative and an incredibly cool city — so, so fun,” she said.

Ferreira added that she "had a blast there with the cast and the crew.”
