The 9,050-square-foot home was previously listed for $13.8 million before being removed in July 2025, according to property records

It’s the end of an era for Christine Chiu!
The Bling Empire alum, 43, has listed her Los Angeles estate, that she shares with husband Gabriel Chiu and their 8-year-old son Gabriel Chiu III, for $12 million.
Located in the Hancock Park neighborhood, the massive 9,050-square-foot property features six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Chiu purchased the home for $8.3 million in 2019, according to property records. Before the most recent listing, the property was put up for sale in January 2025 for $13.8 million, but it was later removed in July that same year.
Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass of Compass currently hold the listing.

Inside the home, an extravagant grand staircase, which fans might recognize from the family’s past holiday portraits, makes a statement in the foyer.
