Brad Pitt and Edward Norton reunited at the World Cup nearly 30 years after making their cult classic film, Fight Club.
On Thursday, June 25, the 62-year-old Pitt and Norton, 56, rooted for United States Men's National Soccer Team during its Group D match against Turkey at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, which is part of Los Angeles County.
Cameras caught the former costars enthusiastically reacting to the USMNT with Pitt throwing his arms in the air as Norton dropped his jaw while watching the action on the field.
At other moments during the match they instead focused on their conversation.

As Norton and Pitt cheered them on, the USMNT ultimately lost 3-2 to Turkey following a last-minute goal from Kaan Ayhan.
Though Turkey has already been eliminated from the tournament, the U.S. is set to move on to the knockout round and will face Bosnia-Herzegovina in its next match.
Thursday's reunion comes 27 years after the 1999 release of Fight Club, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024. The film, David Fincher's adaptation of author Chuck Palahniuk's 1996 novel, starred Pitt as Tyler Durden, a strange soap salesman who crosses path with Norton's nameless character, known only as "the Narrator."

Realizing that they were both living terribly mundane lives, the duo decided to add some excitement and start a secret fight club where they battled it out in a basement inside a squalid house. The club soon grew as others who were bored with their routines began to join.
Durden is the Narrator’s alter ego, as Norton’s character suffers from severe, chronic insomnia, which triggers his dissociative identity disorder, bringing out Durden.

The film grossed over $100 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.
In addition to Norton and Pitt, severals stars stepped out for Thursday's game as the USMNT wrapped group play before the Round of 32 in the World Cup.
