Both women wore their hair down and wavy for the event, which saw Mayer perform several of his classics in front of a star-studded crowd.

During the show, Mayer also paid tribute to the late Dolly Parton, playing a portion of her hit “I Will Always Love You” on the guitar before transitioning into an encore performance of “Gravity” to close his set.
“Dolly would be really happy to see that ... the world came together in a way that it hadn’t in a very long time to celebrate someone,” Mayer said during a chat with Cohen ahead of the show. “While the world is paying tribute to one person and one soul, which feels good on its own, we’re all connected while that’s happening. I haven’t felt connected like that for a long time.”
