*RuPaul's Drag Race* icon, host of the popular *Bald and the Beautiful* podcast with Trixie Mattel, and drag superstar Katya was reportedly hospitalized, as the entertainer shared a photo of herself hooked up to medical equipment.

Fans grew concerned after the Daytime Emmy-nominated entertainer shared the image late Wednesday, which shows her giving a thumbs-up while laying in a hospital bed, as a series of tubes can be seen attached to her face.

"Girl I’m in body jail," Katya wrote in the caption of the post, using the hashtag "#hellonearth" before sharing a separate update on the social media platform about an hour later.

"Everyone gets sick. (Almost) everybody gets old. And every one dies," Katya wrote in the follow-up post.

Many fans replied with concern, with one writing, "You’re not allowed to do that last one just yet diva," while another said, "Getting a bit worried here, hope you’re okay mama."

Drag icon Lady Bunny also left a comical response, responding by urging Katya to "PROVE IT!"

Katya has long been open with fans about her personal life. In 2024, she shared a candid message with followers announcing that her upcoming tour with Trixie was postponed as she sought treatment for addiction.

"There’s a saying for the active alcohol or drug addict," Katya said at the time in a video. "The trajectory of the life course has three possible outcomes: A) jail B) institutions or C) death. Unfortunately, I find myself squarely and firmly and quite uncomfortably in the B camp right now."

In a 2019 interview with EW, Trixie opened up about her *Moving Parts *documentary's depiction of their relationship amid Katya's prior decision to enter rehab in 2018.

"Given that this is an honest portrayal of last year, it's an honest portrayal of our partnership on and offscreen [but] I couldn't tell this story without her blessing," Trixie said of her friend. "It's something everybody an relate to: Two friends going through a patch that there's no handbook to. There's a day [in here] that was probably one of the worst days of our lives, and, surprise, it's recorded…. We were both very uncomfortable watching it, but that's exactly how it was and how it felt."

After competing on* Drag Race* season 7 with Trixie and later returning for *All Stars 2*, the longtime friends forged a successful working relationship, and subsequently became some of the most successful alums from RuPaul's Emmy-winning competition series.

In addition to fronting their beloved former *UNHhhh* YouTube series and the aforementioned *Bald and the Beautiful *podcast, Katya has mounted successful tours, appeared on Trixie's *Trixie Motel *docuseries, and frequently cohosts Netflix's popular *I Like to Watch* recap series with Trixie on the streaming service's YouTube channel.
