A helicopter crash in Saudi Arabia killed all 14 people on board, according to the country's state media.

The aircraft, which belonged to Aramco, Saudi Arabia's national oil company, crashed in Ras Tanura, a city on the eastern coast, at about 6 a.m. local time on Sunday, June 28, according to the Saudi Press Agency, which confirmed that all 14 on board were Saudi nationals.

Authorities are working to determine the cause of the crash, and the country's Ministry of Energy has sent its "deepest condolences and sincere sympathies" to the families of those who died, per the agency.

Local outlet the Saudi Gazette reported that one of the victims, named Moath Al-Zahrani, was due to get married 50 days after the accident. "He was one of the finest young men in the family," his uncle, Samir Al-Bushairi, said in tribute per the paper.

Ras Tanura hosts a major Aramco oil refinery, one of the largest in the Middle East. According to Reuters, the company had only resumed crude oil loading there on Friday, June 26, after work was halted for four months due to instability in the region.

Aramco resumed operations after the U.S. and Iran signed a memorandum of understanding earlier in June, with Iran agreeing to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, according to the Financial Times.

The news of the crash, meanwhile, comes after several high-profile accidents involving helicopters in recent weeks.

The American singer Oliver Tree was among six people killed in a crash involving two helicopters in Brazil on Sunday, June 14. Argentine YouTuber Gaspi was later revealed to be another of the casualties.

A helicopter carrying newlyweds in the U.S. to their honeymoon also crashed minutes after takeoff last month, killing the groom and injuring the bride.
