Kelly Osbourne stepped out in London on August 27.
She paired a sheer lace dress with a waist-length hair transformation.
The last time she wore her hair this long was back in June 2025.
It might still be summer, but Kelly Osbourne is already breaking out her fall-friendly wardrobe. The reality star and daughter of the late Ozzy Osbourne wore head-to-toe maroon for an outing in London on August 27.
Kelly, 41, rocked a sheer lace dress with short sleeves, pairing it with matching socks. She also accessorized with black peep-toe heels, a thin leather belt, and a dainty watch, punctuating her look with a vampy lip.

The mom of one also revived her waist-length blonde hair—a marked departure from her signature bob. Kelly last wore her hair this long back in June 2025, when she attended the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party in London. For that occasion, she sported a strapless black gown with bedazzled trim.
Last month, Kelly soaked up the sun in some sultry swimwear. On July 9, she modeled a white corseted one-piece in a trio of new Instagram snapshots.

“Serving sea, sun, and zero apologies,” Kelly captioned her carousel. Posing aboard a yacht, the mother of one stunned in the mesh swimsuit, which comes with built-in push-up pads and lacing. The Ta3 Swim design currently retails for $188.

Kelly paired her high-cut one-piece with a wide-brim straw hat and spiky cat-eye sunglasses, completing her boat day look with a stack of necklaces.
Back in April, the television personality shared rare photos of her son Sidney following rumors of her split from his father, Slipknot’s Sid Wilson. Her Instagram carousel featured multiple photos of the toddler.

Kelly took 3-year-old Sidney to a petting zoo in Buckinghamshire, England, where the mother-son duo posed for a series of sweet selfies.
“Yesterday I spent the day with Baby Sidney,” Osbourne wrote in the caption. “We had the time of our lives. He got to meet the Easter bunny but I think his favorite part was learning about and meeting the bees. We fed animals, explored the playgrounds and went down the mega rainbow slide! It was literally the best day ever!”
