Megan Thee Stallion got emotional when met with a standing ovation during Saturday's curtain call of *Moulin Rouge! The Musical**.*

Footage shared by fans on social media captured the rapper, who made her debut on March 24 as the nightclub owner Zidler for the Broadway revival, tearing up as she stood onstage during the audience's applause. At one point, the "Hiss" hitmaker turns her back to the audience, wiping away her tears as the applause grows louder and her cast mates encourage her to turn back around. Some of the show's background dancers are seen mouthing to the Grammy winner before she turns back towards the audience to deliver a final bow.

"We love you!" one person shouts in the clip, as Megan smiles and takes a bow.

Reps for Megan didn't immediately respond when ** reached out for comment.

Megan's emotional moment during the curtain call came after the rapper revealed that she and Klay Thompson split after several months of dating.

Earlier that same day, Megan took to her Instagram Story to call out the Dallas Mavericks player, accusing him of "cheating" on her and declaring that she needed a "break" after dealing with him.

"Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house... got 'cold feet,'" Megan wrote over a black background. "Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season, now you don't know if you can be 'monogamous????' B---- I need a REAL break after this one .. bye yall."

While Megan did not name Thompson in the social media message, the two made their relationship public last summer, making their red carpet debut at the rapper's Inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City on July 16. In a social media post in October, the couple even seemed to imply that they were moving in together, sharing a photo of heart hands and a key in front of a landscaped home.

In January, Megan opened up about her relationship with Thompson in an interview with EW's sister site, PEOPLE, admitting that she hadn't seen the connection coming.

"I don't never want to tell [anybody] to just jump in a relationship just because everybody else got one, and I'm not going to tell you to just jump in a relationship because you have to," she told the outlet at the time. "I didn't even know I was going to be in my relationship, to be honest."

She added, "This is one of the first times that I've ever been just overly comfortable."

Following her Instagram Stories post, Megan confirmed that she and Thompson had parted ways in a statement to multiple outlets.

"I've made the decision to end my relationship with Klay," the rapper said. "Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there's no real path forward. I'm taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity."

Many fans took to social media to voice their support of Megan, as well as share their theories on who Thompson had been caught cheating with, which led to Seattle Storm guard Lexie Brown getting thrown into the conversation.

However, a day after Megan shared the news, Brown spoke out to clear the air.

"I've seen what's being said online and I want to be clear, none of it is true and I have no involvement in this situation," the WNBA star wrote on her Instagram Stories on Sunday. "This week marks the start of an important and exciting new season for me, and my focus is fully on that."
