Michael Jackson "never stopped loving" Lisa Marie Presley, despite their marriage ending after less than two years, according to reports.
The King of Pop and Elvis Presley's daughter tied the knot in 1994, before their divorce was finalized in 1996. But according to a resurfaced account from a friend of the singer, Michael's feelings for his first wife never truly disappeared.
The same year Michael and Lisa Marie's divorce was finalized, he married his longtime friend Debbie Rowe. The couple went on to welcome two children, Prince and Paris, during their relationship. However, the Smooth Criminal hitmaker was reportedly still struggling to move on from Lisa Marie. It comes as the brutal details of Michael Jackson's autopsy were revealed.

A friend previously told RadarOnline, "He's never stopped loving Lisa Marie because he feels they are soul mates. He thinks she's the s-xiest thing ever put on this earth. He always said she made the bedroom sizzle."
At the same time, the source claimed Michael was also "deeply in love" with Debbie, who was the mother of his children. "Despite his very deep commitment to his present wife, Michael is still crazy about Lisa Marie, his first true love," the source continued. "He's very confused, but then Michael's world is always a confusing place. If he could wave a wand, I think he'd have them both, living as man and wife and wife."

"It would be his own personal fairy tale come true," the friend added. "A little harem of two." Lisa Marie, who tragically died in January 2023, was also said to have had regrets about the split.
According to the source, she told a friend that she regretted filing for divorce and blamed the influence of her mother, Priscilla Presley, saying she "was under the spell of her mother, Priscilla, who despises Michael and saw their marriage as a very bad situation for Lisa," and that "she thought there was too much scandal whirling around Michael, too much weirdness."
The source also claimed Michael "never wanted the divorce, either, but bowed to Lisa's wishes," but he "didn't want to fight it, because it would be too emotionally damaging."

The pal also offered an intimate glimpse into the couple's relationship during their brief marriage claiming "every night was like their wedding night when they were married," and saying they "loved getting up to outdoor hanky-panky, so Michael had a huge wall built around Lisa's house in Hidden Hills, Calif., to keep the neighbors from peeking in."
The also allegedly "canoodled in the pool and frolicked in the Jacuzzi," at Michael's Neverland Ranch, believing "there was nothing more romantic than making love under the soft light of the moon and the stars." Michael was also reportedly said to have spent thousands of dollars on fancy lingerie for Lisa Marie.

But the source claimed the singer's continued friendship with his former wife did not sit comfortably with Debbie. According to the pal, Debbie would "pretend" in public that she had no problem with Michael and Lisa Marie remaining friends after their divorce, but "behind closed doors" she was "seething."
"No woman wants her hubby spending that much time with his ex, especially one who's as stunning as Lisa," the source said. "Debbie made such a fuss that Michael sent her home. Then, she went ballistic. But Michael has all the power in the marriage and off she went, humiliated."
