Prince Harry appeared to refer to himself as a "prince" twice during a bombshell new interview.
The 42-year-old featured in the wide-ranging sit-down, which touched on subjects including his personal experience of grief, his military service, his contentious relationship with the media, and his reasons for returning to the UK.
He also used the platform to address his ongoing rift with his family, reiterating his desire to reconcile with his brother, Prince William.

At one point during the GQ interview, Harry was asked why he doesn't seek sympathy, to which he responded, "I certainly don't want any sympathy. That's where we're way past that.
"Why? Because I'm a prince. I've got a support network around me, I've done different forms of therapy, and I put in the work. I wonder where I would be if I didn't - it could be a very different situation."

He then reflected on how old he was when his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, died. Harry discussed the resources that were at his disposal to help him cope with the beloved royal's death, particularly as a young child, while referencing his standing within the royal family.
He said, "And look, let's not forget, I'm a prince, right? So all of the resources to me should have been available for the reasons that we've discussed. They weren't always available, but could I afford it? Yes. Was it accessible? Yes."
Although Harry still openly uses his princely title, he has been prohibited from using his HRH title since stepping down as a working royal.
A statement released last month, just weeks after his return, confirmed that Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, are no longer working royals despite now living back in Britain.

Harry's latest interview has also raised eyebrows, as it was released on the very same day the royals stepped out in Windsor for the historic state visit of Oman. King Charles, Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales welcomed the Sultan of Oman to a rainy Windsor for his state visit to the UK.
Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said was greeted by the monarch in the open air outside Windsor and Eton Riverside station amid autumn downpours. The pomp and pageantry continued at a glittering state banquet at Windsor Castle.

During Harry's interview, which was released on Tuesday, October 20, Harry addressed the reasons behind his return to the UK with Meghan and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
He said, "I think that certainly, our attitude has changed. I think once you've been through it, once you've been able to talk about it, and raise awareness of it, then people see it for what it is; it makes the environment slightly easier.
"It's not going to necessarily stop the behavior, but I think the behavior might-my hope that it will-change. What happened back then was then.
"What's happened over the last six years has been a continuation of that. Some battles that had been fought-and necessarily so."
The royal pair appeared for a sequence of quasi-royal visits in Nottingham last week, the same city where they made their initial post-engagement public appearance in late 2017.
As they arrived at their first destination of the day, the city's Community Recording Studio (CRS), approximately 150 to 200 people gathered to offer them a warm reception. The local charitable organization provides multiple youth development programs.
They then proceeded to their second engagement: the Himmah Hub, a grassroots organization tackling food insecurity in Nottingham. The couple concluded their day at Epic Partners in Nottingham, their final scheduled stop.
