- Teyana Taylor has added more confusion to Leonardo DiCaprio's viral Golden Globes moment.
- The video saw the actor reportedly speaking to an off-camera person about *KPop Demon Hunters*.
- Taylor initially said he was talking to her, but walked back the confirmation on* The Tonight Show*.
The ongoing pursuit of the truth surrounding the saga of Leonardo DiCaprio's viral Golden Globes commercial break moment has proven to be, well, one battle after another.
After the actor's Golden Globe-winning *One Battle After Another* costar Teyana Taylor previously said that DiCaprio was talking to *her* in a social media clip from the ceremony (below) that showed the *Titanic* star speaking in flamboyant fashion about *KPop Demon Hunters*, Taylor further elaborated on the exchange on Wednesday's *The Tonight Show*.
In an interview with Jimmy Fallon, Taylor said, "Yesterday I thought I broke the Da Vinci Code, right?", referencing her earlier comment to *Access Hollywood* in which she confirmed she was on the receiving end of DiCaprio's attention in the video.**
She reiterated that her children's favorite song is the *KPop Demon Hunters* hit "Golden," so she was excited to see the tune win Best Original Song at Sunday night's Golden Globes ceremony.
But she suggested that she let the excitement get the better of her while answering questions about DiCaprio's headline-making viral moment, which then prompted her to call her costar on the phone to get to the bottom of the mystery herself.
"Apparently he had two *KPop Demon Hunters* conversations that night. *KPop Demon Hunters* was just in his mouth all night. I'm like, who else were you kiki'ing with like that? Because literally that's how we kiki," Taylor said.

She admitted to having "a little friendly jealousy" when she realized DiCaprio wasn't actually talking to her in the moment. "Somebody had some questions. It wasn't me, because I knew exactly who *KPop Demon Hunters* was."
Taylor earlier told *Access Hollywood* that she was "so blacked out" from the excitement of the ceremony that her memory was a little off, so that adds another layer of complication to the ongoing investigation.
** has reached out to a representative for DiCaprio for comment.
In addition to *One Battle After Another* winning four awards at the Golden Globes, including Taylor for for Best Supporting Actress, DiCaprio accepted his Best Actor honor at Tuesday's National Board of Review gala with a powerful speech about the film itself.
"To make a film at this time that is so topical and so pertinent — about extremism, about divisiveness, that says something about the world we live in — was an absolute honor and joyous experience," the actor said of the movie (per *USA Today*), in which he plays a former revolutionary on a mission to save his daughter (Chase Infiniti) from the clutches of a corrupt military official (Sean Penn).
